Events we cover
Concerts, galas, festivals and conferences. On a gala the priority is a silent, invisible crew during broadcast. On a festival it is pace and weather. We staff those differently, because they are different jobs.

In 2025 our crews worked 119,136.5 hours on events. The database holds over 1,000 active crew members and the no-show rate across all shifts stayed below 0.4 percent.

Equipment
We supply the people, not the gear. Equipment comes from you or your technical supplier, which keeps our crew size recommendations independent.
