Concert technical services

Stagehands, riggers, AV and backline crew for arena load-ins and festival breakdowns across Poland and Europe.

Every stage of the show

Load-in, stage build, rigging, soundcheck, technical standby during the show and load-out. Our crews know concert production standards, read rider requirements and work to venue constraints without constant supervision.

Working with touring productions

  • We pick up the rider without a long briefing
  • We work in English with international production managers
  • We integrate with the artist local crew
  • We cover consecutive cities on the same tour
  • The Crew Chief passes handover notes so the next shift does not start from zero

From club to arena

A club show needs a handful of people. A large arena show needs dozens. Cirque du Soleil at Tauron Arena: 92 stagehands and 1,258 hours. Herbalife Extravaganza: 184 stagehands and 1,825.5 hours.

Load-out without overrun

Hours beyond the venue window are the line item that blows up a concert budget. We start the strike with a plan and a crew sized for pace, not for the lowest possible cost.

What to send with your enquiry

The technical rider, the day schedule and the venue plan. With those we size load-in, show and load-out separately. Date and city alone are enough for a first conversation, but not for a firm quote.

Reliability

In 2025 our crews worked 119,136.5 hours on events. The database holds over 1,000 active crew members and the no-show rate across all shifts stayed below 0.4 percent.
