What you get when you book crew

You do not hire a list of names. You get a crew with verified skills, signed contracts, insurance, transport and a briefing completed before anyone reaches the loading dock.

In 2025 our crews worked 119,136.5 hours on events. The database holds over 1,000 active crew members and the no-show rate across all shifts stayed below 0.4 percent.

How we size the crew

Load-in needs a peak. The show needs a standby team. Load-out needs speed. We schedule those three moments separately instead of parking a full crew on site all day. On a multi-day build that difference is real money.

We work to your rider and to the stage supplier documentation. If something is missing there, we say so before the build, not during it.

Why producers keep coming back

When someone drops out, the shift reopens in our system and usually fills before you hear about it. You do not recruit replacements, chase paperwork or arrange transport for fifteen separate people. You receive one invoice.

How we start

Send the date, the venue and the schedule. You get a crew proposal and a quote within one working day. For larger productions we suggest a short call to walk through the timeline hour by hour.

What we do not do

We do not rent equipment and we do not run artistic production. We supply people and execution. That line is drawn in the first conversation, so nobody is looking for the responsible party on site.

Frequently asked questions

How many people can you field?

Over 100 at once on a single production. For Cirque du Soleil at Tauron Arena we ran 92 crew across 1,258 hours.

How far in advance should we book?

Large productions are planned months ahead. Single shifts can often be filled within days. Ask even when the date is close.

Do you work outside Poland?

Yes. We travel across Europe with transport and accommodation on our side.
