Our technicians handle lighting, sound, rigging, staging and multimedia. They read a rider, work to a schedule and solve problems on the floor instead of escalating every one of them to your production manager.

How we verify people
In 2025 our crews worked 119,136.5 hours on events. The database holds over 1,000 active crew members and the no-show rate across all shifts stayed below 0.4 percent.
Certificates have to be documented, not declared. Shift history and ratings from previous productions sit in our system, so the person arriving on your site has actually done the job before.
What is included in the rate
Contracts, insurance, crew transport and briefing. For distant locations we quote accommodation separately and show it in the offer up front, not on the invoice afterwards.
Language on site
Our crews work in English, so communication with an international production manager runs without an interpreter. Our sales team also works in German.

What is the minimum booking?
We work in shift blocks. For short jobs we agree a minimum number of hours before confirming, so there are no surprises.
Can you top up our existing crew?
Yes, that is the most common scenario. We add people to your team or take a defined scope of work.
What happens if someone does not show?
In 2025 the no-show rate stayed below 0.4 percent. An open shift returns to the system and usually fills before you are told about it.
