Stagehands for hire

The people who build the show before anyone steps on stage. Load-in, setup, show and load-out, anywhere in Poland and Europe.

What our stagehands do

They unload trucks, carry cases and cabling, assemble stage structures, set barriers, run cable, install LED panels and support the lighting and audio teams. After the show they do the same in reverse, only faster.

Everyone works in a crew under a Crew Chief who takes direction from your production manager. You do not brief individuals.

How we verify people

  • Induction and health and safety training before the first shift
  • Shift history and ratings from previous productions in our system
  • Certificates confirmed by document, not by declaration
  • A separate track for work at height and forklift operation

Numbers instead of promises

Cirque du Soleil at Tauron Arena: 92 stagehands, 1,258 hours worked. Herbalife Extravaganza at the same venue: 184 stagehands, 1,825.5 hours. Across 2025 our crews logged 119,136.5 hours on events.

How many to book

The most common mistake is booking a flat crew for the whole day. Load-in and load-out need the peak, the show needs a standby team. Map the schedule with us and it usually removes a good number of billable hours.

What we need from you

The schedule, the venue plan and the name of the person giving instructions on site. Everything else is on us. The earlier we get the documentation, the fewer surprises appear during load-in.

Working hours

Load-out after midnight is normal in this business. Our crews are used to night shifts and we rotate people on long builds so the pace does not drop.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a stagehand cost?

It depends on crew size, block length and location. Send the date, venue and schedule and you get a firm rate within one working day.

Do stagehands bring tools?

Personal protective equipment and work clothing, yes. Production equipment is supplied by the organiser or the technical supplier.

Do your crews speak English?

Yes. Communication with an international production manager works without an interpreter.
