Audio visual support for events

AV technicians, installation crew and on-site support for concerts, conferences and live productions across Poland and Europe.

What AV support covers

Sound systems, lighting rigs, LED walls, projection and video. Our technicians install, cable, test and operate the equipment, then strike it after the show.

For conferences that also means fast room turnarounds between sessions and a technician who stays in the room instead of appearing when something breaks.

Roles we supply

  • Sound engineers for front of house and monitors
  • Lighting technicians and console operators
  • LED wall and video technicians
  • Rigging teams installing trusses, fixtures and speakers
  • Stagehands supporting the AV departments during load-in

Equipment we work with

Our people work on professional line array systems, moving head fixtures, lighting consoles and LED processing. Equipment is supplied by you or by your technical supplier, and we work to that supplier documentation.

Why productions book AV crew separately

In 2025 our crews worked 119,136.5 hours on events. The database holds over 1,000 active crew members and the no-show rate across all shifts stayed below 0.4 percent.

Booking AV people through one supplier removes the coordination problem: one contract, one contact and one team that already works together.

How we start

Send your technical rider and schedule. You get a proposed crew list with roles and hours, plus a quote, within one working day.

Where our scope ends

We do not sell or rent equipment. We supply the technicians who run it. That keeps our advice on crew size honest, because we do not earn on the gear.

Frequently asked questions

Can you provide one technician only?

Yes, that is common for conferences and smaller events.

Do you cover rehearsals and soundcheck?

Yes, technical standby covers the full production day, not just the build.

Do you work outside Poland?

Yes, across Europe, most often in Germany.
