Employment and paperwork
You do not need to interpret Polish labour rules or vet freelancers. Contracts, payroll and insurance are handled by us, and you receive one invoice.

In 2025 our crews worked 119,136.5 hours on events. The database holds over 1,000 active crew members and the no-show rate across all shifts stayed below 0.4 percent.
When someone drops out, the shift reopens in our system and usually fills before anyone on your side notices.
How we prepare for your arrival
We take your schedule and rider in advance, brief the crew before the day and confirm the Crew Chief contact. The crew arrives knowing the job, not learning it during the first hour.

We also travel with productions across Europe, most often to Germany, where our sales team works in German.
