Local crew, international standards
When your trucks roll into a Polish venue you need an English-speaking crew waiting at the dock. We supply stagehands, riggers and AV technicians who know international touring standards and do not need the process explained twice.
Our bases are in Kraków and Warsaw. We work across the whole country and travel across Europe.

Scale we handle
In 2025 our crews worked 119,136.5 hours on events. The database holds over 1,000 active crew members and the no-show rate across all shifts stayed below 0.4 percent.
Over 100 crew can work on one production at the same time, in rotating shifts.
The paperwork problem, solved
You do not need to work out Polish labour rules, chase freelancers or collect insurance documents. Contracts, insurance and payroll sit with us. You get one invoice at the end.
How we brief the crew
People arrive knowing the job, the timeline and the name of their Crew Chief. Nobody learns the venue during the first hour of load-in, which is exactly where schedules usually slip.
Cities and travel
Warsaw and Kraków are covered locally. For other cities we bring crew in and quote transport and accommodation up front, as a separate line, rather than hiding it in the hourly rate.

Can you cover several cities on one tour?
Yes. One framework agreement covers the whole route and you keep one contact for every stop.
How early should we book?
For summer festivals, months ahead. For single shifts, days are often enough.
Do you also work in Germany?
Yes, and our sales team speaks German natively.
