At BWS, I’m in charge of business and structural development of the company.

On a day-to-day basis, I am the Technical Director and co-owner of BWS Event Support. I am responsible for technical training, logistics and recruitment of technicians. I gained my professional experience while working on smaller and larger productions in Europe, such as Airbeat One Festival, Frequency Festival, editions of New Year’s Eve Dreams, tours such as Men’s Grania, KSW or FAME type fighting galas. I regularly pass on my experience during BWS in-house training sessions and by introducing new technicians to the relevant specialty. Privately, I am a fan of weightlifting, cycling, good food, and snowboarding in the winter. During the summer season, I often ride bikes. I appreciate a good book and a larger LEGO set.

Hi, I’m Ola. At BWS, I am the octopus woman, i.e. Operations Manager. I mainly take care of clients and domestic jobs, coordinate the community (integration, contests, branding, top talks) and am the main flower person in the office. Privately? There’s a bit of that! Ex-radio worker, lover of Cuban salsa, budget travel, plants, costume parties, music and all objects that make sounds (I’m not limited to official instruments).

At BWS, I am a Marketing Ninja and am responsible for the entire online presence of the BWS Event Support brand! Privately, I enjoy traveling on my motorcycle, skiing or biking and generally feel best in outdoor activities!

I am a Backoffice Manager, which means I am a specialist in all administrative affairs! I take care of contracts, accommodations, car rentals, payments and management of our office. After hours I love: good cuisine, time on hikes in the mountains and hills or camping in nature. A good audio book always accompanies me on the road. In addition, I fulfill myself as a florist and balloon artist, creating beautiful flower arrangements and balloon decorations.

After my history studies, moving over to Poland in 2017 to play American football for the Kraków Kings, working in customer service, as a translator and as a team lead of a translation team in the financial technology sector, I decided to do something completely different (again) and joined BWS in early 2024.

Now I get to know the event industry, working with different companies from outside of Poland to send them our technicians and stagehands and make their productions a success. Call me if you need anything!

Outside of work (and sometimes in-between), I have over 40 kids: The players of our Young Blood junior team, whom I coach throughout the year as their Head Coach. It’s a wonderful (and intense second) job and there is nothing better for me than spending time with these great kids and seeing them develop as players and people.
