2025 Recap

2025 Recap

Want to watch instead of reading?

119,136.5 hours delivered, +9% year over year

That’s 119k+ hours of real onsite work, across venues, tours, and tight schedules.

What it means for you: We’re not slowing down. We’re building capacity and staying reliable even when the season gets heavy.

56 new clients joined us in 2025

  • 48 in Poland
  • 8 international

This is a big one, because international projects only happen when trust is real.

More and more companies abroad choose to work with us, and that’s the best proof that BWS is becoming a long-term partner you can count on across borders, not just a local supplier in Poland.

What it means for you: You’re working with a partner that’s growing in reputation, not only in numbers.

11 countries supported in 2025

Poland, Germany, UK, Greece, Hungary, Czech Republic, Italy, Denmark, Spain, Austria, Slovakia, Netherlands.

Different rules, different venues, different pressure. Same standard of execution.

What it means for you: fewer surprises, smoother coordination, and a partner who can scale with your project, wherever it goes.

The venues where we worked the most

Top locations by number of shifts:

  • Tauron Arena Kraków: 1,627
  • Nuremberg Messe: 1,510
  • Hamburg Messe: 777

These aren’t one-off jobs. This is established crews working at scale.

What it means for you: we know these environments, the pace, the constraints, the routines, the regulations, and we can deliver without “learning on the job”.

Rigging and ground operations were our #1 focus

Our most frequent type of shifts were Rigging + Ground, with 2,940 rigging-related shifts delivered.

What it means for you: We’re strongest exactly where precision matters most, and where there’s no room for improvisation.

Stages and grandstands kept us busy during the summer

For the first time ever, we had mobile scaffolder and steelhand crews on the road, touring Germany from June to August:

  • 6–10 grandstand builders across 11 venues in Northern Germany
  • 10 stage builders at 4 major German festivals

What it means for you: Our crews can handle demanding long-term assignments, and our office team can manage even the most complex logistical challenges.

Biggest project of the year

Tyler, The Creator, Tauron Arena Kraków

  • 251 crew positions in 2 days
  • 105 workers on a single load-in shift (including our office crew)

This kind of scale only works when planning meets discipline onsite.

What it means for you: We can handle peak complexity, high pressure, big headcount, and still keep it clean.

Logistics that keep everything moving

To make all of this happen, our 7-vehicle fleet covered:

  • 217,521 km
  • 10,764.68 liters of fuel

Not the most glamorous stat, but it’s the reality behind reliable delivery. Let’s keep in mind that our crews mostly travel in 9-people vans.

What it means for you: When timing is tight, and locations change fast, we’re ready.

Training and readiness

We trained 108 people across 20 training sessions, including:

  • 16x LVL 1 training
  • additional specialist trainings (e.g. for SQQ 2 riggers)

What it means for you: You don’t just get “whoever is available”, you get people trained for real work standards.

Coordination behind the scenes

  • 66,023 SMS sent to our Crew
  • 1,650 locations handled in our system

This is the work behind the scenes  our clients rarely see, but it’s what makes the onsite part smooth.

What it means for you: clearer communication, faster confirmations, less chaos.

Thank you

To our clients: Thank you for trusting us with your projects and deadlines.

To our crew: These numbers exist because you show up and deliver every single time.

That was our 2025.

And 2026 is already moving faster.
