If there’s a major event happening in Kraków or Warsaw, chances are Ola has her tentacles on it.
As Head of Operations in Poland, she’s the one making sure local jobs run smoothly for both crew and clients — from the first phone call to the last truck leaving the site.
Ola coordinates almost every job that goes through our system.
Her role covers:
Her attention to detail extends far beyond the technical. She’s also behind improvements like introducing Trello kanban cards into company procedures (a game-changer), streamlining inventory management, upgrading office spaces, and even introducing new merchandise.
For clients, Ola is the first point of contact when they need a job in Poland done right.
She takes the time to understand each client’s needs, asking the right questions and providing on-the-ground support. On big projects, she often assigns an unbilled Crew Chief to work directly with the client — ensuring smooth coordination at no extra cost.
Need something last-minute? Ola has sourced everything from trolleys and furniture to red carpets and lemon trees to make productions run flawlessly.
When challenges arise, Ola doesn’t panic — she plans.
Her method: coffee, a notepad, lo-fi beats, and a clear list of next steps. It’s why clients trust her with high-stakes productions: she keeps the big picture in mind while handling the details that make all the difference.
Her nickname inside BWS is “the octopus” — fast, multi-tasking, and always reaching in the right direction.
In short: Ola is the reason our Polish operations run like clockwork.
Whether you need a stadium crew in Warsaw, a conference built in Kraków, or a last-minute red carpet, she’ll make it happen — and she’ll make it look easy.
