🛠️ How Do We Know That We Know What Our Crew Knows?
At BWS Event Support, we use onsinch.com — our internal coordination and personnel management system — to make sure every job is staffed with the right people, every single time. Sinch allows us to assign levels, badges, and other recognitions to our crew members based on their experience and jobs done for BWS.
Here’s how it works:
We receive the job details from you – the client
We create a Sinch project with specific requirements: certifications, experience, gear, etc.
Our crew members review the project in our app and sign up as candidates – if they’re qualified!
We review each candidate and select the best ones for your job – so you don’t have to!
✅ The result?
You get exactly what you need – no surprises
Our crew members know exactly what’s expected of them
We know exactly who we’re sending and why
And those who don’t yet qualify? They get a motivational boost to level up 💥
🔰 Sinch Badges & Levels – More Than Just Icons
Our crew members don’t just sign up for jobs – they qualify for them.
Using badges and levels inside Sinch, we track:
Skills
Jobs worked (and what that work involved)
Special recognitions
Completed trainings
And these aren’t just for show:
📈 Higher levels = higher pay
🎯 More badges = more job opportunities
Take Kamil Wojciak, our technician and master climber. Among many badges like “Layer Specialist” and “Experienced Crew Chief”, he holds “Hans of the Year” – meaning he logged the most hours working in Germany last year. That tells us (and our clients) he’s experienced, reliable, and proven in high-pressure jobs abroad – and probably speaks a fair bit of German too. 😉
🎯 Why It Matters to You
With Sinch, we’re not just sending someone – we’re sending the right person for your event.
And we’re doing it based on data, experience, and quality, not guesswork or scribbled notes.
Just solid, professional crew coordination – the BWS way.
