We’re doing Fixed Installations!

Starting in 2026, we’re not only doing event support, we take care of Fixed Installations for all our clients.

Why did we decide to move in this direction? 

Fixed installations were not originally a separate part of our offer. Our crews work on fairs, festivals, concerts and in stadiums. But when a client needed our support, we decided to not let them down. We took on the project, put a crew together, and delivered to the expected standard. 

The outcome confirmed that the skills developed through years of event work – adaptability, precision, and working under pressure – translate well into permanent installation projects. 

Based on this experience, we are now extending this service to our other partners who want to benefit from our BWS approach.

What we deliver

We handle permanent installations and upgrades in fixed spaces:

• conference rooms, auditoriums, offices, venues
• AV systems, displays, conferencing, cameras, control panels, racks
• cable routing, trays, underfloor systems, clean and repeatable cable management
• mounting, drilling, wood and metal work for technical infrastructure

We work strictly to your documentation and standards.
We onboard fast.

For longer rollouts, we assign a dedicated crew, focused only on your project.

2025 – Heilbronn and Berlin

In 2025, our crews worked in large new office spaces in Heilbronn and Berlin, setting up conference room after conference room, handling the installation of large screens, precise cabling, and equipment racks.

In total, our crews worked for 2610 hours on fixed installation projects during the year, which is 108.75 working days. A great start for a new branch of our business, that we now make available to all of our clients.
