In the event industry, “we have the best people” is a common phrase. At BWS Event Support, we don’t just hire talent—we build it. As we look toward 2026, our focus is on raising an already high bar even further. We are moving from being a reliable crew provider to becoming a source of fully certified, independent, and highly-specialized technical teams.
Here is how BWS is evolving for 2026 and what that means for our partners.
It is common in this industry for newcomers to learn on-site, often at the client’s expense. We are changing that. Before a BWS crew member ever steps onto an international stage, they must pass through our internal training system.
The Goal: When you hire BWS, you aren’t getting someone who is “learning on the job.” You are getting someone who knows the equipment before they arrive, and has the “event mindset” required for tough jobs in our industry.
We believe that a crew member who sees a future in the company works with more responsibility. We have introduced a clear roadmap for our team: Stagehand → Junior Technician → Specialist.
Fixed installations require a different mindset than temporary festival stages; they demand extreme precision, neatness, and long-term reliability. While a festival is about the “now,” an installation is about the “always“.
The reality is that we have so many people in our Crew that we already have a large number of experienced installers – It was a no-brainer to put them to work on permanent projects as a standard service. Whether it is a stadium, a theater, or a corporate office, we provide teams that know how to deliver a clean, professional finish that meets the highest technical standards.
While we grow our own talent, we are also recruiting experienced senior technicians and AV installers. However, we are picky. We don’t just look for technical skills; we look for a culture fit.
We recruit experts who want to share their knowledge. In our system, an experienced tech isn’t just there to do the job—they are there to raise the level of the entire crew. By providing our seniors with top-tier equipment, clear guidelines, and interesting global projects, we ensure that BWS remains the “home” for the best talent in the industry.
Our goal for 2026 isn’t just to be the biggest Polish crew company, but the most reliable one. By investing time and money into our basic stagehands and providing a path to specialized certification, we ensure that BWS remains a partner you can trust, anywhere you need us.
