Over the last two seasons we haven’t only been building stages. We’ve also been testing a simple idea:
If we’re good at organizing people, logistics, and equipment, maybe we can put that same skill to work off-stage.
Here’s what that looked like in 2024 and 2025.
Every November the world grows moustaches for men’s health. We decided to go one step further.
For the second year in a row, every late fee and no-show penalty in November went straight to Mosznowładcy – a Polish organisation that teaches men how to check themselves, runs free testicular and prostate screenings across the country and has already examined tens of thousands of guys for early cancer detection.
In 2025 we transferred 2 140 PLN from BWS to their fundraiser. On top of that, one of our own stagehands used their mobile clinic for a check-up and openly shared that with the crew. That might sound like a small thing, but in a very male, very “tough” industry, that kind of example lands.
So yes, at BWS you can be late, zapłacisz karę… and at least you know that money is doing something useful for men’s health.

Another month, same mechanism, different cause.
We collected late fees and no-show penalties again and used that pool to buy food and basic supplies for the Kraków Shelter for Homeless Animals, run by Krakowskie Towarzystwo Opieki nad Zwierzętami.
The whole office team, led by Ola, didn’t just order a pallet and call it a day. We loaded up, drove to the shelter, carried the bags in and spent time with the dogs and cats. It’s noisy, a bit chaotic and very real. You walk out with fur on your clothes and the clear feeling that the place constantly runs on the edge of “we could use a bit more help”.
Again, simple rule: if we owe a penalty, it should at least fix something in the real world.

If you work with Poland at all, you’ve probably bumped into WOŚP – the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. It’s the country’s biggest medical fundraiser, which has already raised nearly 2.3 billion PLN and donated tens of thousands of pieces of hospital equipment over three decades.
At BWS we had our own collection box and invited the crew to join in. Cash, BLIK, small transfers – whatever people had on them.

Złombol is a charity rally for old Eastern-bloc cars that sends crews thousands of kilometres with zero support from organisers. The whole point is to sell ad space on your rusty car and send 100% of the money to children’s homes in Poland, under the patronage of Fundacja Nasz Śląsk.
Our beloved BWS-branded Škoda Favorit has already done Złombol twice with us as the main sponsor of the team.
One year it went all the way to Nazaré in Portugal, another time to the land of fjords and Vikings. Stelvio Pass, Monaco, French and Spanish motorways, Atlantic coast, thousands of kilometres… all in a 30-year-old car that most people would scrap.
The rally is fun, sure. But at the end of the day, all those kilometres turn into concrete support for kids in orphanages: trips, gifts, equipment, basic normality.

We don’t just sponsor events, we also back local sport where our own people are deeply involved.
With Kraków Kings, the city’s American football club with senior, junior and flag sections, we are not a logo on a banner, we’re one of the club’s main sponsors.
Our Head of Sales, Robin, is also the head coach of the U19 junior team. He spends his evenings and weekends coaching over 50 teenagers, in English and Polish, focusing not just on plays, but discipline, team culture and responsibility.
On top of that, our CEO Wojciech runs leadership training sessions for the kids, sharing what it means to lead a team when the stakes are real and the pressure is high, not just on the field.
So yes, there’s financial support, but there is also time, energy and experience poured directly into young people from our city.

In 2024, when heavy floods hit parts of southwestern Poland, including areas around Stronie Śląskie, there wasn’t much time for pretty decks or CSR plans. People simply needed transport and supplies.
BWS stepped in with what we actually have: a bus, fuel and crew.
Under the lead of Wojciech (CEO) and with one of our workers, Kamil, behind the wheel, we:
No sponsor wall, no cameras. Just a vehicle, some logistical know-how and a decision: “OK, we go.”
We’re sharing all of this with you for two reasons:
At BWS, helping is not a side project. It’s baked into how we operate:
penalties become donations, our vehicles become relief tools, and our people bring their passions and skills into the community.
