#TeamBWS is the crew behind the biggest events in Europe.

Crew pick their assignments through our management system, OnSinch.

Bonus systems reward the crew who show up and deliver. That keeps the best people active.

The crew trains regularly with our senior technicians. Skills are tracked, not assumed.

How the crew works

#TeamBWS is not for everyone.

Every crew member commits to the same standard: committed, responsible, kind. People who do not hold it do not stay on the roster.

  • A real team. The crew knows each other, trains together, and covers each other on site.
  • Real development. Skills are rated and tracked, and people move up on merit.
  • Clear, fair terms. Contracts, transparent rates, on-time pay. That is why people stay.

What the crew does

The work covers a lot of ground.

Load-in and load-out, site security (fencing, barriers, cable protection), and technical roles. Each crew member is booked for what they are rated to do.

Every assignment is different.

One day it is lighting and LED screens. The next it is stage construction, scenery, and sound.
