The New Architecture of BWS

The New Architecture of BWS

11 Years, 120,000 Hours, and One Big Pivot

For the last 11 years, BWS has been in a state of “operational grinding.”
We built this company from the ground up, one stage, one gala, and one warehouse at a time.

In 2025, we hit a massive milestone: 120,000 man-hours sold. To put that in perspective, that’s like having 62 of our specialists working every single day of the year. We grew our international client base by over 54% and our domestic presence by 21%.

But as we scaled, we realized something critical: You can’t drive 200 km/h on a village road. To keep delivering the level of precision you expect, we had to move onto the highway. That meant professionalizing our structure and separating “The Now” from “The Tomorrow.”

The structural upgrade

As of January 1st, 2026, BWS has officially upgraded its leadership architecture.

  • Bartek Stańko takes the helm as CEO. Bartek is the engine. He is focused on clinical execution, timeline discipline, and ensuring that every hour we work for you is handled with flawless precision.
  • I (Wojciech) have transitioned to Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). My role is no longer to put out daily fires, but to be the radar. I am looking 12–24 months ahead to ensure BWS is ready for where the market is going before it even gets there.

What does this “Upgrade” mean for you?

You might ask: “Why should I care about a title change?”
You should care because this change was designed specifically to protect your projects.

  1. Faster Decisions, Zero Distractions
Previously, as a single CEO, I had to balance long-term planning with daily operations. Now, we have specialized roles for both. Bartek handles the “here and now” with total focus, while I handle the “what’s next.” This means faster response times and more specialized attention for your needs.
  2. Strategic Brainspace: The “Fixed Installations” Example
When you’re grinding in the trenches, you don’t have time to explore new frontiers. In my new role, I finally have the “brainspace” to dive deep into sectors like Fixed Installations – something we previously didn’t have the capacity to map out properly. Now, we can offer you expanded services and more robust technical solutions because we’ve done the homework.
  3. Safety & Risk Management
My job as CSO is to identify “critical points” in our implementation plans. I am now dedicated to predicting market shifts and labor trends so that BWS – and by extension, your event – is never caught off guard.
We aren’t just reacting to the industry anymore; we are architecting it.

Embracing the Unknown

2025 was a year of uncomfortable conversations and tough decisions.
It ended in a massive success.
2026 will be exactly the same, but with a better map and a faster road.

BWS is no longer just a crew; we are a professionalized organization built for controlled, high-stakes growth.
We’ve traded the village road for the highway, and we’d love for you to join us on the ride.

Let’s build the future of events together.
