Informacja RODO Zgodnie z art. 13 ogólnego rozporządzenia o ochronie danych osobowych z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. (Dz. Urz. UE L 119 z 04.05.2016) informuję, iż:

  1. Administratorem Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest BWS Event Support Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Krakowie, przy ul. Stoczniowców 3, 30-709 Kraków (dalej zwana Administratorem),
  2. Kontakt z Inspektorem Ochrony Danych – adresem e-mail office@bws.net.pl,
  3. Pani/Pana dane osobowe przetwarzane będą na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b ogólnego rozporządzenia o ochronie danych osobowych z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w celu realizacji umowy powyższego zamówienia,
  4. Odbiorcami Pani/Pana danych osobowych będą podmioty uczestniczące w realizacji umowy,
  5. Pani/Pana dane osobowe przechowywane będą przez okres 6 lat lub dłuższy (do czasu ustania potrzeby przetwarzania danych osobowych w celach statystycznych i biznesowych administratora),
  6. Posiada Pani/Pan prawo do żądania od administratora dostępu do swoich danych osobowych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia ich przetwarzania,
  7. Ma Pani/Pan prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego,
  8. Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, jednakże odmowa podania danych może skutkować odmową zawarcia umowy.

 

GDPR Information In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (Official Journal of the European Union L 119 of 04.05.2016), I inform you that:

  1. The Administrator of your personal data is BWS Event Support Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Krakow, at Stoczniowców 3, 30-709 Kraków (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator),
  2. Contact with the Data Protection Officer is via e-mail office@bws.net.pl,
  3. Your personal data will be processed based on Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016, in order to carry out the above contract,
  4. The recipients of your personal data will be entities participating in the contract’s execution,
  5. Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 years or longer (until the need for processing personal data for statistical and business purposes of the administrator ceases),
  6. You have the right to request the administrator for access to your personal data, their correction, deletion, or restriction of their processing,
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority,
  8. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in refusal to conclude a contract.
